Healing Touch
Healing Touch balances the human and environmental energy fields. Balancing energy fields promotes one's innate ability to heal and is complimentary to modern medicine. Healing Touch is comprised of a various standardized, noninvasive techniques making it safe and sensible.
Research
Peer-Reviewed Article: Giarratano, G. et al. (2023) found that healing touch was more effective than deep breathing for reducing acute care nurses’ stress during a shift. Findings indicate that healing touch is a feasible option to sustain a viable nurse work force post-COVID-19.

Peer-Reviewed Article: Pingfang, L. et al. (2020) conducted a study with 60 participants above the age of 60 who had a total knee replacement. Results suggest that healing touch reduces postoperative pain and improves patient satisfaction after surgery.
